By Car or Taxi
- From Commonwealth Avenue turn right at the University Avenue, make a right turn at E. Delos Santos Avenue, and then turn left to Roxas Avenue to the Vargas Museum and Filipiniana Research Center, which is located on your right.
- From Katipunan Avenue turn to Magsaysay Avenue, make a left turn at E. Delos Santos Avenue, and then turn left to Roxas Avenue to the Vargas Museum and Filipiniana Research Center, which is located on your right.
By Jeepney
- From Commonwealth Avenue take UP Campus bound jeepney found along Masaya Street. Get off at the corner of Lakandula Street and E. Delos Santos Street. Turn left at E. Delos Santos Street, then turn right at Roxas Avenue. Walk towards Vargas Museum and Filipiniana Research Center which will be on your right. Alternatively, you may get off in front of UP NISMED along Quirino Avenue and walk down the cemented path beside CAL New Building, then turn left along the path leading to the Vargas Museum and Filipiniana Research Center.
- Take a jeepney headed for UP Campus along Katipunan Avenue, westbound or away from Aurora Blvd. Get off at the corner of Lakandula Street and E. Delos Santos Street. Turn left at E. Delos Santos Street, then turn right at Roxas Avenue. Walk towards Vargas Museum and Filipiniana Research Center which will be on your right. Alternatively, you may get off in front of UP NISMED along Quirino Avenue and walk down the cemented path beside CAL New Building, then turn left along the path leading to the Vargas Museum and Filipiniana Research Center.
