Is the Stamp collection available for display? Are there several Fabian De la Rosa pieces on display? I am a UP alumnus but have not visited the Philippines in 40 yrs and would like to visit your museum in Mid December 2018, I own an original Fabian De la Rosa ing given to me my grandmother.
