If you are interested in proposing to exhibit at the Vargas Museum, please download the exhibition proposal form. Deadline for submission of application is on October 31 of each year.

Take note of the following requirements:

1. Letter of intent, addressed to the Curator
2. Brief description of the project, including a concept and how the space will be used,
3. Curatorial brief
4. 10 photographs or slides in plastic sheets, labeled with artist’s name, title and date of work, medium, size and an arrow indicating top or conceptual drawings with brief descriptions
5. Photograph or slide description sheet
6. Curriculum Vitae of artist or exhibition proponent and of curator
7. Logistical requirements
8. Source of funding
9. Proposal for collateral activities
