UP Vargas Museum and International Museum Day 2014

UP Vargas Museum joins the whole museum community today in celebrating this year’s International Museum Day. With the theme “Museum Collections Make Connections,” UP Vargas Museum continues next week with the 9th Junior Museum Guides with focus on the objects presented at the ‘Drawn To Scale” exhibition at the Third Floor Galleries. UP Vargas also opened Oca Villamiel’s fifth solo exhibition “Feast & Famine” last May 15, 2014. The main exhibition at the second floor links contemporary loaned works with the permanent Vargas Collection.

UP students are always welcome to enter the museum for free on Wednesdays. For group tours, research and other inquiries contact us Like us at to get quicker updates from the museum.
